Daily activities include Inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent customer relation and communication skills
  • Upbeat & positive attitude with great energy
  • Interacts effectively with people and groups
  • Maintains good customer relations
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
  • Interacts effectively with all levels of management and employees
