• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, treatment goals, and progress.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, navigating relationship dynamics, enhancing communication patterns, and resolving conflicts.
• Develop actionable and individualized treatment plans that encompass clear objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to clients facing urgent mental health issues.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited academic institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• Proven clinical experience and competency in counseling, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience in telehealth counseling practices or remote therapeutic services.

• Background working with trauma-informed care, and knowledge of trauma-specific interventions.
