• Develop and implement tailored service plans aimed at achieving clients' unique goals and objectives, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

As an LCSW at Family Unity Counseling, you will focus on a diverse client base comprising individuals and families from varying backgrounds, spanning various ages and socio-economic statuses. Our clients often face complex challenges including trauma, mental health conditions, addiction, and systemic injustices. Your role is pivotal in delivering culturally competent care and support to empower clients effectively on their healing journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating expertise in providing clinical support.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices, social justice advocacy, and community resources that can aid client recovery.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to connect empathetically and effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in maintaining organized case files and documenting client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Prior experience working in nonprofit organizations or community health settings is highly desirable.
