Overview
The Supervisor, Learning and Adoption, will oversee the daily operations of a small team of Learning Consultants, ensuring high-quality training delivery and execution. This role combines hands-on training support with team leadership, driving consistent customer experiences and supporting team development through coaching, resource planning, and issue escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure assigned training sessions are scheduled and delivered with a high-touch, customer-centric approach that meets individualized client needs.
  • Monitor and support team execution of remote and onsite training sessions.
  • Maintain visibility into training progress and outcomes through regular tracking of syllabus completion and follow-up needs.
  • Ensure consistency in training documentation using Mavenlink, Zendesk, and Dropbox.
  • Supervise daily activities of a small team of Learning Consultants, helping prioritize and assign training sessions.
  • Coach and support team members to ensure quality, professionalism, and preparedness in all training engagements.
  • Identify basic execution issues or roadblocks and provide immediate support; escalate complex issues to the Director of Training as needed.
  • Support onboarding of new Learning Consultants, assigning them training opportunities and offering guidance during ramp-up.
  • Act as a customer advocate by ensuring responsive, comprehensive, and personalized training experiences.
  • Partner closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide updates on key training milestones and customer needs.
  • Ensure training calendars are current, and all training activities are accurately documented in relevant systems.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the LMS, training syllabus, and instructional resources.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • 2-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or customer onboarding.
  • 0-1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience (formal or informal).
  • Dental office experience preferred (front office, back office, or management).
  • Strong communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for variable pay as part of the total compensation package.
