Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients’ challenges.
  • Provide education and support for clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.
  • Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in mood disorder research to enhance therapeutic interventions and strategies.

Qualifications
