You will engage directly with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring that therapeutic interventions and client assessments are conducted seamlessly from the comfort of their homes. As part of a supportive community clinic team, you may also collaborate with local organizations and mental health professionals, fostering a comprehensive support network for our clients.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that target specific mental health challenges.
• Provide a range of services, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, tailored to address diverse mental health needs.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress towards established treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention and support for clients facing immediate emotional distress and high-stress situations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment activities in accordance with compliance regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay informed on the latest research, ethical guidelines, and trends in mental health, attending training and workshops as appropriate.

The patients at Enfolding Arms Psychotherapy Center encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders, addiction, as well as those navigating life transitions such as relationship issues, divorce, and grief. You will have the opportunity to provide empathetic and effective care to clients from various backgrounds, contributing directly to their recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona is mandatory to practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A proactive approach with the capability to work independently while integrating into a remote team environment.
• Strong ethical standards, particularly concerning confidentiality and the management of sensitive client information.

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team within a community healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain compliance.
• Previous experience in delivering remote counseling services will be highly advantageous.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
