This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to facilitate healing and growth.
• Engage with individuals, families, and groups to deliver tailored therapeutic services, while adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation according to state regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and approaches by participating in ongoing professional development and training workshops.

Our clientele includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, often facing barriers to mental health services. Many clients come to us seeking support for complex mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LPC at Mind Therapy Centre, you will have the opportunity to impact lives positively while ensuring that your therapeutic techniques align with each client's unique cultural and personal context.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various demographics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies for documentation and client management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience with providing remote therapy services through telehealth platforms.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
