• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ emotional and psychological needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in one-on-one and group settings.
• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that engage communities and foster shared experiences in mental health understanding.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients in managing acute mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.
• Educate patients about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and necessary community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in their care.
• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation according to legal standards and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights to improve patient outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• A proven ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and actively engage in therapeutic sessions with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with sound judgment and a commitment to ethical practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools is preferred.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience providing teletherapy or telehealth services is a significant advantage.
• Background in facilitating group therapy or educational programming is preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or those struggling with substance abuse, can enhance your application.
