2nd Shift Tube Mill Operator in Training
Monday – Friday 4pm – 2am (50 hours per week – every Friday is OVERTIME pay)
Felon Friendly, but must submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
Reliable/Dependable and willing to work and learn.

The right candidate will have experience in heavy industry (not necessarily tube mill) but this is not the right job for someone who has never worked 50 hours in an industrial setting, before.
Tube Mill Operator in Training – Medina, OH
Pay: $28+ - for the right person, the hourly rate is negotiable.
Schedule: Full-Time (50+ hours/week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Tube Mill Operator in Training to join our team in Medina, OH. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining tube mill equipment to form and weld tubular products. Once trained, the right candidate will take ownership of tube quality, lead mill operations, and ensure efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate tube mill and auxiliary equipment
  • Weld strips of steel together for continuous production flow
  • Adjust tooling, motors, and welder controls for proper tube sizing and quality
  • Inspect tubing using micrometers and perform Rockwell, cone expansion, and flattening tests
  • Record production data and ensure all quality standards are met
  • Lead mill changeovers and assist in training mill personnel
  • Maintain equipment, monitor fluid levels, and perform basic lubrication
  • Support cut-off, uncoiler, crane, finishing, and slitting departments as needed
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of HEAVY INDUSTRY experience (understands that work feels like work!)
  • Strong industrial math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
