Commercial Lines Account Manager

Hybrid: Appleton, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Madison, Onalaska, Stevens Point, Waukesha, Wausau WI

Remote: if outside Wisconsin

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide responsive, accurate support to commercial insurance clients. This role partners closely with Producers and the team to service accounts, process policy changes, coordinate renewals, and deliver a consistently positive client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy
  • Manage client communications related to renewals, policy changes, audits, billing, and general service inquiries
  • Respond promptly to client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims
  • Build rapport with clients and contribute to longterm relationship retention
Operational Excellence
  • Service a portfolio of commercial accounts across multiple industries
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance, and other policy changes
  • Prepare and review renewal submissions, applications, and proposals for new and existing business
  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within agency management systems
  • Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company standards, and client requirements
Strategic Contribution
  • Support producers and account managers in marketing new and renewal business with a focus on retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to deliver seamless, highquality service

QUALIFICATIONS
