We are currently seeking a Boomi Integration Developer - Remote to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Boomi Integration Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Boomi Integration Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using the Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building production-ready integrations, developing APIs and web services, transforming data across multiple formats, and connecting enterprise applications and systems.
This role requires a strong understanding of integration architecture, data transformation, API development, deployment management, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using Dell Boomi, including mappings, profiles, data shapes, and process flows.
  • Build integrations that enable secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise applications and systems.
  • Configure, develop, and consume REST and SOAP APIs and web services.
  • Perform data transformation and mapping across JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI formats.
  • Develop custom transformation and integration logic using JavaScript, Groovy, or similar scripting languages when required.
  • Configure and manage communication protocols including HTTP/S, SFTP, and AS2.
  • Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, and relational databases using standard and custom Boomi connectors.
  • Configure API security and authentication mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
  • Monitor integration processes, execution logs, and document flows using Boomi reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot failed or stuck documents and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Configure alerts and notifications for integration failures and other operational issues.
  • Package, promote, and deploy Boomi processes across Development, QA, and Production environments.
  • Support production integrations and participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, APIs, mappings, and deployment procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-ready integrations using the Dell Boomi platform.
  • 5-8 years of overall experience in enterprise software development, systems integration, or integration middleware.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi integration processes, mappings, profiles, data shapes, connectors, and deployment processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of JSON, XML, EDI, and CSV data formats.
  • Strong experience with HTTP/S, SFTP, and AS2 communication protocols.
  • Proven experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs/web services.
  • Experience implementing API authentication and security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise integration environments.
  • Experience supporting production integrations and resolving data or process failures.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, and enterprise databases with Boomi.
  • Experience with Boomi API Management and AtomSphere platform capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript or Groovy for custom integration logic.
  • Experience working with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, and integration support processes.
  • Boomi certification is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Pay Transparency
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $ $87,120-$151,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
