This position operates in a primarily remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while facilitating convenient therapy sessions for clients. You will have access to a collaborative online platform that connects you with other health professionals and provides resources for client management. Our outpatient office serves as a support hub for team meetings and training sessions, fostering a cohesive career environment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth with clients experiencing diverse behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and unique needs of each client, ensuring holistic approaches to their mental health challenges.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment strategies that promote client stability and growth.
• Participate in case reviews and staff meetings to share insights, discuss treatment methodologies, and stay current with emerging trends in behavioral health.

Your primary focus will be young adults and adolescents who seek support for various mental health challenges. You will empower these individuals to overcome obstacles through evidence-based practices tailored to their specific life circumstances, helping them develop coping skills and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active license is mandatory—either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement in therapeutic settings.

• Experience in clinical settings focusing on adolescents and young adults.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology utilized in remote therapy delivery.
• Proficiency in triaging patient needs and managing a high caseload while maintaining quality care.
• A background in various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
