Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough assessments and conduct counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including session notes and treatment plans within our electronic medical record system.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary to ensure progress toward goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling, attending all required meetings and pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities as mandated by licensing bodies.
  • Assist clients in navigating financial and social resources, providing referrals as necessary to support their overall well-being.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, effectively triaging tasks and managing high caseload volumes in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust and openness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address comprehensive client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clients include young individuals facing personal and academic challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. As a Telehealth Licensed Counseling Professional, you will utilize evidence-based strategies to address their unique concerns, ensuring they receive the tailored support necessary for their emotional and psychological growth.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic medical records to enhance client care and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams in a virtual setting.
  • Strong motivator with interpersonal skills that inspire trust and engagement from clients.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling capacity, especially with adolescents and young adults.
  • Familiarity with community resources and supports available to clients.
  • Track record of engaging with high caseload levels while maintaining quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
