Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Regularly establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring their progress is monitored and documented accurately to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring continuity of care regardless of geographical barriers.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a field related to mental health is required, with advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) being preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
