Who We Are:

Exiger transforms supply chains into a strategic advantage-advancing our mission to make the world a safer and more transparent place to succeed. Our AI platform, 1Exiger, delivers instant visibility into complex supplier ecosystems, leveraging proprietary data and advanced AI to surface risk, automate compliance, and unlock efficiencies and cost savings to strengthen long-term resilience. Trusted by 550+ global customers-including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies-Exiger is a recognized, award-winning leader in supply chain AI and a FedRAMP authorized provider to the federal government.

Why Work for Us

You'll be joining Exiger at an exciting time of transformation. Our Commercial team is rewriting what it means to win in the supply chain risk management space. We're scaling fast, going head-to-head with legacy players, and looking for bold, driven individuals ready to lead from the front. If you're a motivated, growth-oriented leader who gets energy from building teams, outpacing competitors, and locking in landmark deals, we want to meet you.

The Role

This is a high-impact leadership role for a quota-carrying, high-performance sales leader with a track record of success in enterprise SaaS and AI. Reporting to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial, you will lead Exiger's team across the West Coast commercial market. You will be accountable for landing new enterprise customers and expanding within a thriving install base while coaching and scaling a team of high-performing Account Executives. This is a role for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a passion for winning in a fast-paced, competitive AI environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives across the West Coast region, focused on net-new logo acquisition, ARR growth and retention.
  • Act as a strategic force in key regulated verticals like technology, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, energy, and more.
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Drive outbound and field sales activity through disciplined pipeline building, regional territory strategy, and hands-on support.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Marketing to support high-velocity execution.
  • Continuously recruit and develop top-tier talent to scale a culture of tenacity, performance, and accountability.
  • Report directly to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial, and align closely with the Chief Revenue Officer's go-to-market strategy.

What You Need

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in enterprise SaaS-ideally with complex, multi-stakeholder sales (ACV $500K+).
  • Experience scaling and leading field sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Strong preference for those with supply chain, compliance, third-party risk, or procurement solution experience.
  • Preference for candidates with a history of closing complex, multi-threaded software deals involving diverse stakeholder groups.
  • To be competitive, driven, and accountable-combined with the ability to coach, forecast, and build.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, high-change environment with new leadership and bold growth goals.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • To be based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones (PST/MST) or Texas.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

We're an amazing place to work. Why?

  • Discretionary Time Off for all employees, with no maximum limits on time off
  • Industry-leading health, vision, and dental benefits
  • Competitive compensation package and uncapped variable incentive
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to working from home and in the office where applicable
