Our client, a five-year-old high-growth company producing concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events, is seeking a hands-on CPA Controller with 7-10 years of experience in live event or production-based accounting.
This individual will play a critical role in bringing accounting operations fully in-house while leading financial oversight across all live productions. • Strong cost forecasting and budgeting experience in production-based environments
  • Experience with project accounting and event-level reconciliation
  • Comfortable in a demanding, early-stage startup environment
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends as events require

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a company experiencing rapid growth, where your financial oversight will directly influence the success and scalability of major live productions.
