Job description


We are seeking a Travel planner to book hotels, vehicles, and flights. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, you must be able to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends.
Job Duties:
  • Process and book travel requests for large scale mobilization of employees to client suites, including a high volume of corporate airlines, hotels, and transportation transactions
  • Manage reservations, extensions, travel changes, and ticket refunds
  • Collect data and invoice for client billing

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have previous Travel Planner experience
  • Must have superior customer service experience
  • Must be proficient using Sabre
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and last-minute environment
  • Must have excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Must be professional with a pleasant and helpful demeanor

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any applicant that is ARC Certified is a huge plus.
