Job Title: Practice Leader (AI & Data Services)

Pay: $240,000 - $250,000 depending on experience

Location: Remote, Travel to clients required

Summary:
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced AI & Data Services Practice Leader to oversee the development and growth of a new data, analytics, AI, and automation practice within their organization. This leadership role involves defining the practice’s vision, crafting scalable offerings, managing end-to-end delivery, and driving operational and financial excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, foster key industry partnerships, and position the firm as a premier provider of data and AI-driven solutions for clients across various industries.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in consulting or professional services with expertise in AI, data, or cloud technology delivery.
  • 5+ years of P&L ownership
  • Deep knowledge of at least two: Databricks, Snowflake, AI/ML platforms, enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience leading high-performing technical teams
  • Experience with managing client C-suite relationships
  • Plus: Certifications or experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Workato, AWS, Azure, or GCP

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the AI & Data Services practice.
  • Own the practice’s P&L, growth targets, and operational metrics.
  • Develop scalable service offerings and productized solutions across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and automation.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing global teams, ensuring utilization and retention.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Workday Data Cloud.
  • Collaborate on joint solutions, certifications, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients on data and AI strategy.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing thought leadership and client presentations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the practice.
