Health Bridge Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will focus on providing exceptional mental health care to individuals who have experienced trauma. Through your expertise, you will play a crucial role in facilitating healing and promoting resilience in our patients.

Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, making it accessible to professionals who are passionate about trauma recovery but prefer the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's trauma history and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide the healing process.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients develop coping strategies, process their trauma, and rebuild their lives.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to support patients during emotional emergencies or trauma-related crises.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and the available coping mechanisms, fostering a deeper understanding of the healing journey.
  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions, aligning with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and remain informed about trauma-focused best practices.
  • Continuously seek professional development opportunities and stay current on the latest research in trauma therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work primarily with individuals who have faced trauma, including but not limited to those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patients vary in age, backgrounds, and experiences, presenting unique challenges that demand our compassionate and tailored approach. You will have the opportunity to engage deeply with patients, supporting them on their path to recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program is required.
  • Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with trauma-focused interventions, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, accompanied by a compassionate demeanor and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Adeptness in maintaining calm and composed in high-stress situations and crisis contexts.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and related computer applications.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
