Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique mental health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities tailored to promote personal growth and overall well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals for clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options, adapting to the needs of clients who may face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of the latest treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health counselor at Health Bridge, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, building a strong therapeutic alliance and facilitating healing processes through empathy and effective treatment techniques.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing a foundation for effective therapeutic relationships.
• Possess empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients in various stages of their mental health journey.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices, with familiarity in relevant digital health tools.
• A track record of successful engagement with clients across diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
