• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring to create personalized and achievable treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care strategies, to promote positive outcomes for your clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Work collaboratively within a dedicated treatment team, participating in regular case reviews, and sharing insights to enhance the quality of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical social work.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our center focuses on solution-based therapies that meet the unique needs of each individual, allowing you to make a real difference in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a collaborative manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance a diverse caseload.

While not mandatory, experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or working within school settings will be considered a plus. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is highly valued, enhancing your ability to connect with clients remotely.
