• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aiming to empower clients on their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and supporting our commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to provide holistic and integrative care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and enhance the overall quality of care provided by the team.
• Offer education and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to aid their recovery process.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health realm through continuous professional education, ensuring that your treatment methods are current and effective.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to the field and understanding of clinical practices.
• A valid and active LCSW license in Georgia, indicating your capability and legal authority to practice as a clinical social worker.
