• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insight into patients’ trauma histories and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual sessions to help patients process their trauma, build coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.
• Analyze patient outcomes and update treatment interventions as necessary based on ongoing assessments and clinical best practices.
• Engage in consortium with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive support.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support during critical incidents related to trauma.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources for continued support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

Our primary focus is on serving individuals impacted by trauma, including those facing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will be working with a diverse client population, enabling you to tailor therapeutic approaches that resonate with each patient’s unique experiences. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding individuals toward recovery and reclaiming their lives with confidence and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrable knowledge of trauma-related disorders and understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, accompanied by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Adeptness in remaining composed during high-stress situations, ensuring effective crisis management.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

We ask that candidates possess a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in environments that engage trauma-focused therapies. Experience working with diverse populations facing trauma-related challenges is highly desirable, along with familiarity with the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
