This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, providing you with the autonomy to manage your schedule while maintaining professional connections with clients virtually. Our outpatient office is designed to facilitate therapeutic relationships and maintain client confidentiality, ensuring a safe space for healing.

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and establish appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and resilience-building.
• Utilize effective, evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their experiences of trauma while providing tools for coping and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure holistic care that addresses the varied needs of clients.
• Be prepared to deliver crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping skills, equipping them with knowledge to navigate their healing process.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, contributing to patient records that reflect their progress.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings focused on trauma-informed care, supporting a collaborative and informed approach to treatment.
• Stay current with industry research and best practices in trauma therapy to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role primarily involves working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including but not limited to sexual abuse, psychological trauma, and adverse childhood experiences. You will be instrumental in helping clients process their experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms in a compassionate and empowering environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.
• Experience with evidence-based trauma interventions and trauma-related therapies is highly advantageous.
• A proven ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress environments
• Familiarity with team-oriented, multidisciplinary approaches to mental health care.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
