• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting your approach as necessary to suit each client’s situation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated holistic care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements while contributing to quality improvement efforts.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research in mental health and attending workshops relevant to best practices.

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
