Alvita Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and identify appropriate treatment paths.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with a focus on trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care and safety.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to facilitate understanding and recovery.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and training focused on the latest trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to, PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping these patients navigate their recovery journeys, employing empathy and evidence-based strategies to foster healing.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities, particularly trauma-focused therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred, providing direct care to trauma survivors.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and telehealth platforms to engage with patients remotely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team designed to offer integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year based on experience and credentials. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
