Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and qualitative interviews to craft effective treatment interventions.
• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic approaches to promote personal growth.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking and adjusting these goals based on client progress and emerging needs.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation issues, creating a seamless experience for those participating in virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress notes in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest trends in mental health care.

Qualifications
