• Provide therapeutic services to clients through remote sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and personal development.
• Maintain all relevant certifications, including CPR and First Aid, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Effectively manage a full caseload by prioritizing client needs, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Engage with clients about their financial or social needs, providing information and assistance to enhance their overall well-being.
• Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system to document treatment plans, monitor client progress, and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in team meetings, consistently offering insights to enhance service delivery and collaboration among colleagues.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.
• Complete all necessary documentation and follow through on directives from your supervisor.
• Maintain a valid Oregon Driver’s License if transportation for client visits or community outreach is required.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve employing individualized treatment plans, which are crucial in fostering their personal development and academic success. Your ability to connect with young people and understand their unique experiences will significantly contribute to their mental health journeys.

• A valid independent license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for working with youth and a commitment to professional development, maintaining the necessary skills for effective practice.

• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or community health setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems or similar documentation platforms.
• Ability to motivate clients and maintain an enthusiastic approach to therapeutic interactions.
