Through our innovative portfolio of molecular diagnostics, digital health solutions, AI-powered data and analytics, and patient support services, we partner with healthcare providers, patients, and biopharma organizations to help inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

At CareDx, every employee has the opportunity to contribute to innovations that help transform patient care and improve lives.

The CareDx National Sales Director, Cell Therapy & Transplant is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, build-out, and performance of the Cell Therapy & Transplant sales organization. This leader will recruit, develop, and lead a team of field-based sales professionals supporting the successful launch and growth of AlloHeme and future CareDx cell therapy and transplant molecular testing offerings.

The National Sales Director will establish the sales infrastructure, performance metrics, account segmentation strategies, and field execution model necessary to drive adoption across hematology-oncology, blood and marrow transplant, and cell therapy centers nationwide. Success in this role requires a strong combination of strategic leadership, large account selling expertise, commercial launch experience, and deep knowledge of the hematology-oncology landscape.

This individual will work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Training, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on commercial strategy and execution. The role reports directly to the VP, Cell Therapy & Transplant.  This is a remote role and can be base anywhere in the United States.

Commercial Strategy & Launch Leadership

Develop and execute the national sales strategy for AlloHeme and future Cell Therapy & Transplant products to achieve revenue growth, market adoption, and customer engagement objectives. Establish launch plans, account prioritization strategies, territory design, and execution frameworks that maximize commercial success.

Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Organization

Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a team of high-performing Cell Therapy & Transplant Sales Representatives. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and performance excellence while providing ongoing coaching and professional development.

Establish Sales Processes, Metrics & Infrastructure

Develop and implement sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting methodologies, CRM standards, and business operating rhythms. Monitor leading and lagging indicators of success and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Strategic Account Leadership

Develop national and regional strategies for engaging large academic medical centers, cellular therapy programs and NCI-designated cancer centers. Support the field team in navigating complex stakeholder environments and removing barriers to adoption.

Large Account Selling & Market Development

Partner with sales representatives on key opportunities, executive-level customer engagements, and complex account strategies. Lead efforts to secure adoption within major transplant and hematologic malignancy centers while expanding CareDx's presence in the cell therapy and transplant market.

Forecasting & Business Management

Own national sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory performance reviews, and business planning processes. Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights to executive leadership regarding performance trends, opportunities, and risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Training, and Product Management teams to develop customer-centric solutions, generate market insights, and ensure successful execution of commercial objectives.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving cell therapy and transplant landscape, including emerging clinical practices, competitive diagnostics, reimbursement dynamics, and unmet customer needs. Translate market insights into actionable solutions that address customer needs.

Team Development & Performance Management

Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures. Conduct regular coaching, field rides, business reviews, and talent development activities to maximize individual and team performance. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
