Reporting to the CEO and Global COO for this remote CRO / CMO / CMSO job opening based commutable to Gainesville, Florida or remote USA, we need your profile and interests to demonstrate:
  • Strategic yet can be hands on; inspires people; manages change and transformational growth
  • Lead Sales and Marketing
  • Previously a CRO / CMO or equivalent of a PLC Fortune 1000 Operating Company
  • Previous high growth experience as Sales & Marketing Growth Leader, in a company with a total staff of in the region of 500-1500 and 4-8 direct reports
  • Past example(s) of growing a United Sates, B2C / Consumer Services company to in the region of ARR $1B+ (ideally from there starting point of around $250MM)
  • Business process and customer knowledge of any of these related industries: Consumer Financial Services / Health, Disability or Benefits Insurance Claims / Contact Centre Operations / BPO Customer Sales & Service / Consumer Legal Services / Social Security
  • Expert leadership skills with sound knowledge of appropriate methods for people, process, technology, customer and project / program management
  • Previously part of the senior team who successfully floated a company / IPO
  • Knowledge of M&A, and Integration of companies, in-sourcing, mid sourcing, outsourcing
  • Strong with budget and numbers, supported by the CFO
  • Mature, well-developed communication skills in all mediums and formats
  • Self-confident, highly motivated, resilient and acts on strong integrity with respect
  • Probably Degree / MBA qualified
