PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation, and execution of deliverables.

· Manage external resource partners as necessary.

· Proactively escalates and suggests solutions to project-related issues to management.

· Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development

· Reviews financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates.

· Follows and enforces internal procedures, and imre internal tools (Mavenlink, Ziflow, Slack, Teams, etc.) for project management.

· Participates in discussions related to process optimization.

· Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects, upcoming deadlines, quality control, revisions, next steps.

· Keeps accurate, organized files of projects past and present as per agency-established protocols.

· Completes timesheets, expenses, and all other administrative duties accurately and on a timely basis.

· Collaborates with the Client Experience (account) on budget shifts and resourcing implications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Bachelor's Degree

· 3+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space

· Owns and manages mid-complexity multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment under the guidance of the senior project manager/director, providing direction and vision as needed.

· Speaks to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans.

· Demonstrates a detail-oriented and organized approach to daily responsibilities.

· Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) or equivalent platform., Proficient with Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required., Project management knowledge for multichannel production is a plus but not required.

· Basic organizational skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Basic Financial aptitude.

· Can be client-facing as a content matter expert
