Position Summary: We are on the hunt for athletic trainers with a very specific blend of skills, mindset, and flexibility to join a groundbreaking initiative. This is not your typical AT jobโ€”read closely to see if it's the right fit for you.

We're expanding access to athletic training services across rural areas of New Mexico through virtual care. This innovative model brings real-time telehealth consultations to student-athletes who need support the most. Seeking 2โ€“3 part-time athletic trainers to provide remote telehealth services.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Must be a licensed Athletic Trainer and willing to acquire New Mexico licensure
  • You do not need to live in New Mexico,
  • Weekday availability between 2 PM โ€“ 6 PM Mountain Time is essential
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating telehealth platforms
  • Adaptive, entrepreneurial mindsetโ€”this is a startup-paced environment with fluctuating hours (some weeks light, others 20+ hrs)
