The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The role of the Licensed Professional Counselor is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Using secure telehealth platforms, you will connect with clients from the comfort of your home, ensuring that quality mental health care is easily accessible. You will collaborate with a team of professionals who share a commitment to holistic client care, all while maintaining minimal administrative burdens to facilitate your primary focus on client engagement and support. With a goal of establishing a full caseload within a week, you will spend the majority of your time on clinical consultations.

• Conduct telehealth sessions using video conferencing technology to provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs.
• Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment modalities as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitate life skills assessments and training to empower clients to enhance their daily living capabilities.
• Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources for additional support, acting as a dedicated advocate throughout the process.
• Engage in collaborative care with other professionals to create a comprehensive service plan for clients.

Your primary focus will be on adults over the age of 18, many of whom face significant barriers to mental wellness due to various mental health conditions. The client population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. Your role will emphasize culturally sensitive and individualized approaches to mental health treatment, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported throughout their journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Must be able to practice independently without supervision.
• Proficient in the use of computers and telehealth software to facilitate virtual counseling sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client relations.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Experience working with diverse populations in various settings.
• Proven ability to implement skill-building interventions and behavioral management strategies.
• Familiarity with community resources and mental health advocacy.
• Well-versed in best practices for telehealth counseling techniques.
