Job description

Position Summary:
The ABA Clinical Supervisor Trainee will serve clients throughout Arizona. The CS Trainee will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in multiple settings, including remote telehealth, homes, schools, and community environments, under appropriate supervision. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement and modify treatment protocols based on client progress and needs
  • Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients across various settings
  • Assist in supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment documentation
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and assist in adjusting treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
  • Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis
  • Work under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Proficiency in implementing behavioral assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms
  • Currently pursuing Certification and Arizona LBA licensure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
  • Knowledge of Arizona insurance requirements and billing procedures
  • Experience providing services across multiple settings (home, school, community, telehealth)
  • Experience providing RBT supervision under LBA oversight
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with crisis intervention and severe challenging behaviors

Work Environment & Schedule:
  • Combination of remote telehealth sessions and in-person service delivery
  • Travel required between client locations throughout assigned region
  • Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend availability required
  • Home-based office with periodic meetings at company office location

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move about for extended periods during therapy sessions
  • Physical stamina to actively engage with clients during therapeutic activities
  • Ability to lift, move, and position therapy equipment up to 25 pounds
  • Capacity to physically assist clients as needed, including possible lifting of up to 40 pounds with proper technique
  • Ability to respond quickly to ensure client safety during behavioral episodes
  • Capacity to safely navigate various environments (homes, schools, community settings)
  • Stamina to travel between multiple locations in a single day
  • Ability to work on a computer for telehealth sessions and documentation purposes
