Compensation & Reviews

  • Hourly: $25-$40
  • Salary: $50,000 - $80,000

Benefits are extended to full-time team members and include 401k with 4% match as well as unlimited PTO. We do not currently offer any medical benefits but hope to do so as the company grows.

Continuous feedback provided via weekly 1:1 meetings with your manager. Formal performance reviews conducted annually.
