Ad Operations Coordinator (US)

Acceler8Labs

New York, NY • Remote

Contractor

Posted 29 days ago

Job description

Acceler8 Labs is where growth gets personal.

We're a performance marketing company founded by two former Facebookers who decided to build something better after seeing the gap between traditional agencies and the real needs of modern brands.

We believe scale isn't about bigger budgets but smarter decisions. Our team has helped brands across the globe generate over $1 billion in revenue by combining sharp strategy, bold creativity, and hands-on execution.

We're designed for the digital era, where everything evolves at the speed of light. Our work evolves alongside it, adapting to the industries, platforms, and audiences we help grow.

We partner with some of the world's fastest-growing brands, from disruptive startups to global household names, to turn marketing spend into measurable business growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a US-based Ad Operations Coordinator to support a news and media client.

This is a part-time, 6-month contractor opportunity to start, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the platform and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll spend your time building campaigns, launching ads, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to execute paid social campaigns at scale across Meta, ensuring they're delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with platform policies and best practices.

Because of the nature of this client, the successful candidate will be required to complete Meta's authorization for running ads about social issues, elections, and politics before gaining access to advertising accounts. Candidates with Meta's authorization for running ads about social issues, elections and politics will be prioritized.

As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
  • Create and maintain campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and tracking parameters
  • Assist with campaign optimization based on performance data and internal recommendations
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaigns are set up accurately before launch
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup, ad creation, and delivery issues within Meta Ads Manager as they arise
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, policy changes, and advertising best practices
  • Partner closely with internal team members to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently and accurately

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
  • Have experience managing campaigns from setup through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Are highly detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate work
  • Can identify problems quickly and proactively work toward solutions
  • Are comfortable managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Can work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
  • Have experience supporting news, political, advocacy, public affairs, or issue-based campaigns (considered an asset but not required)
  • Reside in the United States
  • Available during standard business hours to support campaign launches, updates, and operational requests
  • Are able and willing to complete Meta's identity verification requirements as part of the onboarding process

Why Acceler8 Labs?

We built Acceler8 to bridge the gap between agencies and brands, replacing complexity with clarity and collaboration. Our model is rooted in three pillars: Fuel (media), Spark (creative), and Insight (analytics), each designed to move faster, think smarter, and deliver measurable impact.

Here you'll have the room to experiment, fail fast, and learn even faster. Your ideas won't get lost in a Slack thread. You'll be part of a team that values transparency, curiosity, and craftsmanship.

We offer:

  • Remote work flexibility
  • Exposure to large-scale paid media programs
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced performance marketers
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs

If you're passionate about paid social execution and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure campaigns run flawlessly, we'd love to chat.
