Social Media & Content Marketing Intern - Served

Apprenticely

Bentonville, AR • On-site

$15/hr

Full-time, Internship

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Served AI to add a Social & Marketing Intern to their team in Bentonville, Arkansas!
Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.
About Served AI:
Every night, 150 million households open the fridge and ask the same three words: what's for dinner? Decision fatigue wins, and dinner becomes a DoorDash default.
We're fixing that. Served is an agentic kitchen intelligence platform - point your phone at your pantry, fridge, or counter and our conversational AI, Chef, knows what you have, learns what you actually eat, and handles the loop: decide - shop - cook - restock. Scan your kitchen. Get personalized recipes. Replenish groceries automatically. Stop thinking about it.
Under the hood it's a two-sided machine: free for households, monetized through a CPG trade desk - the retail media network for kitchens. We've closed early capital, we're heads-down taking it from MVP to market, and our team comes from Google, Citadel, and Walmart.
We're building the world's first true agentic kitchen. We want someone to help the world hear about it.
About the Role:
You'll own how Served shows up in the world. Not coffee runs and recycled captions - real, public-facing content that ships, gets measured, and shapes what we do next. You'll work directly with the founders and sit at the center of the brand voice: futuristic but simple, declarative, a little swagger. Think how the best AI companies talk - clean lines, big vision, zero fluff.
What You'll Do:
  • Run our content engine across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Threads - plan it, make it, schedule it, ship it
  • Write hooks and captions that sound like Served: punchy, confident, alliterative when it lands
  • Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and clean graphics (CapCut, Canva, or your tool of choice)
  • Bring our content pillars to life - product demos, "what's in my kitchen" challenges, food-waste hooks, founder/build-in-public moments, real recipe results
  • Engage the community: comments, DMs, mentions, jumping on trends before they're cold
  • Track what's working, turn the numbers into a weekly recap with actual takeaways
  • Scout competitors and creators in food tech and AI, and steal the right ideas

What We're Looking For:
  • You live on the internet and have a real feel for what performs on each platform
  • Sharp, fast, on-brand writing - you can make AI sound human and a kitchen app sound inevitable
  • A portfolio or an account you've grown that proves you can do the work (degree in marketing/comms is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Self-directed - you can take a one-line brief and run
  • A creative eye and genuine curiosity about AI, food, and building something big

Nice to have
  • You've grown a brand or personal account and can show the before/after
  • Comfort with analytics or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Genuine interest in food tech, agentic AI, or consumer apps

What you'll get
  • Ownership of real, public work at a venture-backed AI startup - portfolio gold
  • Direct mentorship from founders who've built, scaled, and exited (and pitched on Shark Tank)
  • A front-row seat to building the operating system for the modern kitchen
  • Flexible, remote-friendly hours and [stipend / hourly / credit]
  • A real shot at a full-time role as we scale

Additional Details:
  • Pay Range: $15/hr
  • Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
  • Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand
  • Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office)

Our Must Haves:
  • Current Arkansas state resident
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, following the three-month internship
  • Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
  • Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know

$15 - $15 an hour
