Insurance Coverage Associate | Texas | Remote Opportunity


A nationally recognized insurance coverage practice is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its growing team. Attorneys based in Texas may be considered for a fully remote work arrangement.


The role will focus on sophisticated insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis, preparation of coverage opinions, and litigation involving first-party and third-party claims across multiple lines of insurance. The associate will also handle matters involving bad faith claims and complex coverage disputes.


The position offers meaningful litigation responsibility, including taking depositions, attending court conferences, drafting and arguing motions, and participating in case strategy and trial preparation.


Ideal candidates will have:

• 3 to 5 years of insurance coverage experience

• Experience analyzing policies and preparing coverage opinions

• Litigation experience involving first-party or third-party claims and bad faith disputes

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Texas Bar admission

Deposition and trial experience are preferred but not required.


The practice includes more than 125 insurance coverage attorneys and represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, insurance brokers, managing general agents, and other insurance industry clients in complex disputes across the United States and internationally.
