• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health status and define personalized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s unique psychological needs and life situations.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, integrating techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health disorders and the recovery process, while encouraging their active participation in treatment.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Our diverse client base spans various demographics and backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed therapist, your role will be to tailor your therapeutic techniques to effectively address the unique experiences and cultural contexts of each individual.

• State-issued, current and valid license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling practices, demonstrated through specialized training or significant experience in the field.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices for various common mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, enabling you to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
