• Conduct thorough client assessments, evaluating mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate client goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through our secure telehealth platform, adjusting therapeutic methods to accommodate each client's unique circumstances.
• Offer consistent support by setting therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and provide constructive feedback and guidance throughout the therapy process.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness practices, based on clients' preferences and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes understanding clients' unique backgrounds, cultures, and experiences to provide personalized care that leads to better therapeutic outcomes.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and to establish a strong rapport with clients remotely, fostering a safe therapeutic relationship.
• Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to understand and support clients on their mental health journeys.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, effectively managing multiple clients and administrative responsibilities from a remote setting.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting, showcasing adaptability to virtual care methodologies.
• Specific knowledge or experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and therapeutic tools that facilitate effective online therapy.
