In your capacity as an LCSW, you will be responsible for a range of therapeutic activities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of students, along with developing individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practice standards.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of each student.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical interventions following HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with school psychologists, counselors, and educators to facilitate a holistic approach to student mental health and well-being.
• Conducting regular case reviews and supervision sessions to reflect on treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes for students.
• Providing educational workshops and resources for students and their families to enhance understanding and navigation of mental health challenges and available support systems.

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Understanding the unique pressures faced by students in educational settings, you will implement strategies to help them build coping skills and achieve academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with a focus on psychotherapy and adolescent mental health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with students, families, and faculty.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, allowing you to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in school environments or with youth and families is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with educational structures and school-based mental health initiatives.
• Previous experience in a role requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs and circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
