• Maintain knowledge and adhere to professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality in alignment with established guidelines from relevant professional associations.
• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss client cases, treatment plan efficacy, and collaborative strategies for improvement.
• Develop and review comprehensive treatment plans for clients in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Accurately document progress notes and outcomes following client sessions, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the practice.

Our mental health counselors serve a broad spectrum of clients, including students, adults, and families navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. This position requires sensitivity to cultural, socio-economic, and individualized factors that affect client care. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current independent licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory to practice in California.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and able to complete progress notes efficiently following sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Previous experience providing counseling in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and working with diverse populations will be an advantage.
