  • Handle discharge planning and coordinate aftercare to ensure a smooth transition for clients following treatment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all clinical and state requirements, ensuring that records are up-to-date.
  • Develop and expand a referral network to attract and serve a broader patient base.
  • Utilize active listening skills to foster a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
  • Build meaningful connections with clients through empathy and personalized care, addressing their specific mental health concerns.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. You will work closely with individuals and families, guiding them through their unique therapeutic processes. This role is vital in achieving positive patient outcomes, as you facilitate their growth, resilience, and recovery.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Current and active licensure in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Preferred Experience

While all qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices.
  • Strong background in trauma-informed care and family systems therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on caseload and clinical experience. In addition to a robust salary, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Health insurance plans to cater to diverse needs.

  • Flexible hours to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Professional development opportunities, facilitating ongoing education and training.
