This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your work-life balance efficiently. We utilize a user-friendly therapy platform that serves as your all-in-one online office, facilitating video and text sessions with clients, and streamlining communication.

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients through video conferencing to promote mental health and wellness.
• Create a safe and supportive space for clients to discuss their emotions and experiences, fostering self-insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans based on solutions tailored to each individual client's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to address client concerns and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

The clients you will be serving are stable adults with low acuity levels. All clients undergo a careful screening process prior to engaging in services, ensuring a focus on manageable mental health concerns rather than severe conditions. You will be matched with clients that align with your specialized skills and demographic interests, providing a targeted counseling experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a full license from the state board in one of the following areas:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no previous disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to effectively engage with and support clients.
• Proficiency with technology and an aptitude for utilizing digital platforms to enhance client interactions.

• Experience with remote counseling or teletherapy platforms is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques to address diverse client needs effectively.
