The Role

We are looking for Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutors who are passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you! You'll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT Exam
  • Tailor an LSAT curriculum to student's needs
  • Track and analyze student progress
  • Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
  • Keep students' families up to date on progress
  • Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT

Qualifications

  • Have passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (copy of official score report will be required)
  • Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
  • Experienced in working with students, ideally experience tutoring the LSAT Exam in the last 3 years
  • 1-3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
  • Passionate about education
  • Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
  • Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proactive and efficient in your work
  • Team-oriented and coachable
  • Enthusiastic and positive!
  • Ability to teach remotely
