Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client concerns, life history, and psychological needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and aligned with therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to remain responsive to evolving needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records to ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain at the forefront of mental health strategies and interventions.
• Promote teletherapy as a vital resource for clients facing accessibility challenges or geographical barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. By offering teletherapy, you will enhance access to mental health care for those who may have limited options due to location or mobility issues, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy or telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health conditions.
• Background in trauma-informed care or integrated care models is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
