• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailoring approaches to suit individual client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved client care.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with resources and knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community services.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health care to continuously enhance your practices and interventions.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and needs, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques, enabling you to customize sessions to address the distinct needs of each client effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations, formulating tailored intervention strategies.

• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, demonstrating comfort with technology.
• Previous work in a clinical setting with diverse patient populations, showcasing your adaptability and understanding of various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.
• Previous engagement in continuous professional development activities, such as workshops or courses in advanced therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
