Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the clients' presenting issues, personal history, and therapy goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative approaches.
• Develop and customize treatment plans that align with the individual needs of each client while continuously monitoring their progress.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship that promotes trust, collaboration, and client empowerment throughout the therapy process.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards by maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure familiarity with best practices and innovations in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work obtained from an accredited program is essential.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a professional setting, with a preference for experience in private practice.
• Proficient clinical abilities in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of interventions.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience with teletherapy practices would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with digital health tools and platforms that facilitate virtual care. A passion for continuous learning in the mental health field and a collaborative spirit are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus in recognition of your expertise and commitment.
