Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and needs through virtual platforms.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices.
• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Utilizing teletherapy resources effectively to provide convenient and impactful therapy sessions.
• Providing crisis intervention services when necessary, establishing a support system for clients facing urgent mental health needs.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to remain informed on the latest trends and guidelines in mental health care.

Your focus will be on a diverse adult client population, many of whom are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
• A strong ability to manage time effectively, ensuring clients receive consistent and timely care.

Preferred Experience
