• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs effectively.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, addressing their unique circumstances, cultural considerations, and personal goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Respond to crisis situations and deliver effective crisis intervention services, collaborating with medical professionals to ensure ongoing care and support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.
• Provide psychoeducation aimed at equipping clients and their families with essential tools and understanding to effectively manage mental health challenges.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, ensuring comprehensive service delivery.
• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with current research in the field of mental health to continuously enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, providing high-quality care to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience utilizing CBT, DBT, and SFBT techniques in therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with community health resources and a commitment to culturally responsive mental health practices.
