Position: Expert Interviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Run structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts. Assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric.
  • Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity. Identify and report any red flags.
  • Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass. Write concise summaries for the program team.
  • Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience.
  • Comfort assessing senior engineers.
  • Strong communication and structured judgment.
